All of our meals per person are served with bake beans and coleslaw. Substitutions can be made for an up charge of ($1.00) per person.

Substitutions can be made with any of the following: Potato Salads, Corn on the cob, Green Beans, Garden Salad or Caesar Salad. Also included are bread, butter and or Salad Dressing. Other side items are available on request at additional cost.

We provide all staff for the event and serve you and your guest for two hours. Additional time if needed at an hourly rate of $10.00 an hour per server.

Service charge for a catering is eighteen percent (18%) or $100.00 minimum per event. Gratuity for the staff is not included and is your discretion. These fees are for caterings in a 20 mile radius of the home base in the Orlando area. Delivery or travel fee may apply for longer trips. Tax not included
