CATERING POLICIES

  • Cancellations – Because your food is purchased and prepared fresh for your order, cancellations must be received at a minimum of 5 days prior to the date of your event.  Late cancellations will result in a non-refundable charge of 25% of the total order.

 

  • Payment – Full Service Catering:  We will reserve your date for a $100 deposit. This effectively takes your date off our event calendar and guarantees we will be available for your special day.  50% of the balance is due 1 week prior to the event and the balance is due upon arrival for the event.

 

  • Basic & Drop off Caterings under $100.00 is payable at the time of ordering: Payment is due at the time of service for all other events.  Larger events may require a $100 deposit.  *Cash or Check are accepted*

 

  • Basic/Full Service and Formal Event Catering: A $60.00 delivery and set up charge will be applied to all orders over $100.00 and a $20.00 delivery and set up fee applied to all orders less than $100.00.

 

  • Drop off Catering: FREE delivery within a 20 mile radius; delivery charge of $1/mile for travel greater than 20 miles to your location.

 

  • Formal Event Surcharge: $100 (includes linens, decorations and accessories).
